Our offerings also include live embroidery collaborations as part of your event or retail activation.

Bespoke Designs: We typically don't embroider pre-existing designs. Instead, we interweave your ideas and narrative with our expertise, crafting unique chainstitch pieces that tell your story. For brand collaborations, existing designs might be considered if they are compatible with the chainstitch technique.
Chainstitch Specialisation: We exclusively focus on chainstitch embroidery using hand-operated vintage machines. It's an art form that we've mastered and significantly differs from digital processes.

Design & Embroidery Fees

Each embroidery project is unique and so is its pricing. The cost is determined by the design complexity, size, colors, and the item being embroidered.

Our minimum bespoke commission price is £500. This includes both design and embroidery, ensuring each project receives the dedicated, artistic attention it deserves. This budget allows for multiple smaller embroideries or one larger piece. For example:

Back rocker style, large lettering patch (W 28/36cm x H 10/12cm): Starts at £125.
Large graphic patch (W 25cm x H 25cm): Starts at £125.
Full back piece (W 48 cm x H 28cm): Starts at £500.
Full jacket: Starts at £1000
Full Suit: Starts at £1500

Please note that while a single piece costing £125 can be part of a £500 commission, it cannot be commissioned separately at this price. These are estimates and actual costs may vary based on your project specifics.

In addition to the design and embroidery, we offer design licensing and a unique package for content creation, including high-quality photography and video production, to give your project the marketing impact it deserves.

With individual unit pricing ranging from £20 to £1000+, chain stitch embroidery is best suited for limited runs. Its unique, exclusive collectible value distinguishes it from mass-produced projects.

Size

Chainstitch embroidery is a unique handmade craft that can produce intricate and detailed designs, but it's important to keep in mind that it's different from industrial digital embroidery processes. The smallest line thickness achievable is about 2/3mm, which is the width of a single stitch. Think of it like drawing your design with a 2/3mm felt tip pen - if you're able to work within these parameters, then chainstitch embroidery might be the perfect method for your project! Our team has the expertise to help you create a design that will shine through this beautiful, handcrafted technique.

Artwork Rights & Usage

At our studio, we take pride in creating bespoke artwork that's tailored to your unique vision and needs. We're thrilled to see the results of our embroidery commissions shared on social media and appreciate your enthusiasm. However, we kindly ask that you respect our intellectual property and copyright laws. Any bespoke artwork created by us cannot be replicated or used for commercial purposes without our mutual agreement. This includes using the design on clothing, printed materials, digital formats, and on-screen media. If you're interested in owning the full rights to your design, we can guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary documentation.
